every word

Perversion versions remove every word from the New Testament but not from the Old Testament.
It seem that all words do not have purpose, or need, or are applicable.

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. Deuteronomy 8:3

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. Luke 4:4
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4

In dispensationalist doctrine, does this limit the content of what words are applicable and what verses does not have any or limited use for the New Testament Church.
What is applicable is at less limited, under the guides of rightly dividing the word.

[KJB] Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15

Is this verse being manipulated to form false doctrine?
Is not this verse more designed to establish hope than doctrine?
