I'm sure everybody has heard of the Air Force "photo-op" over New York City, here is a video of the fly-over

This was so stupid as to almost defy belief. The Air Force did tell the Police of the flight, but asked them to keep it secret. They supposedly did contact local officials, but the Mayor did not know of the flight. You can imagine the terror many thousands of people felt when they saw this large plane approaching at about the same altitude as the planes flew on 9/11.

This plane was part of the "Presidential Airlift Group" but nobody in the White House knew a thing about it. That can't be good anyway you look at it, because the President really should be notified if a large plane is going to fly low over New York City for a photo shoot, especially if it is one of the planes used to escort the President or his staff around.

Somebody's (or more) head needs to roll on this. You KNOW there are going to be some (maybe even thousands of) lawsuits against some level of government, which means that TAX-PAYERS will pay for this humongous blunder in judgment! STUPID WITH A CAPITAL STU! In fact, one must to go to school to be trained to be this stupid!

Obama said he wasn’t informed... I remember when he denied he ever heard Jeremiah Wright ranting about white people. And didn't someone fly in to the White House the other day to make pizza?

I loved this statement from Democratic (how surprising) Senator Charles Schumer of New York in that article.

“Somewhere along the line, someone at the FAA should have had the foresight to realize that New Yorkers would see this stunt and think back to 9-11,”

Really? You think so? Just the FAA? How about the President? It was an "Air Force One" plane.

And this fellow has a doctorate from Harvard Law School.

Brother Parrish, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but when some out-of-work drug dealer tries a "home invasion" at Tony Bone's Dungeon, the question of life after death is gonna be solved for him. I think things are going to get hot for all of us becasue 3 million voter didn't have the sense God gave a brass spittoon. I think there's gonna have to be a lot of work at the grass-roots level as with Reagan in 1980 to restore the old ship of state out of it's leftward list, and that Obama's Presidency will go down in history as The Tea Party Administration.

Those who don't remember history are damned to repeat it. Didn't the Lord say that first when He said there is nothing new under the sun? Or did Lucian conflate that verse?
