That is only one of His names - yes, the one that is used the most in the OT, but there are many others. Jehovah is used seven times in our King James Bible.

Jehovah is God's proper and personal name, whereas Lord is a title and description of who/what He is. Both "Jehovah" and "Lord" are names, but they are different kind of names, and the right word appears at the right place throughout the KJB.
