Brother, for powerful life changing soul winning, all you need is right there in that statement!
The word of God inspired by the Author, the greatest teacher we can ever have! Who dwells in us!
Methods are too rehearsed and appear that way to the unsaved in my opinion, let the light of Christ shine through you and let the Holy Ghost do his work, we are merely vessels for the greater good!
May you be blessed abundantly when you get out there.

2 Corinthians 7:10 KJV
For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

Does it say

"Godly sorrow leads us to turn from our sins and forsake them unto salvation"?

I don't think so. So stop being silly.

You are coming into all these verses with the predefined definition. Let the Bible define itself.

Godly sorrow leads us to see our state before God, and get saved.
