Actually, Macadamia Butter or Almond Butter is far tastier and also better for you.

Apple Butter (why do they call it butter when it is more of a jam? and is also VERY easy to make in a crockpot) beats grape, strawberry, and most other fruit spreads. Possible exception of a good Guave or Pineapple jam...

I love macadamia nuts! Where does one get some macadamia butter. (And just to keep my thread from jumping track I remembered an odd food preference, my first job was running my uncles warehouse, we had this guy who had worked there for a while, and I noticed a pattern, all the food he ate, he chilled!?! I mean, burgers, chips, cookies, you name it, the food was not odd, it was John's "thing", he ate EVERYTHING cold, I really never thought it odd until I bought everyone chicken fried steak and creamed gravy for the crew, I brought the boxes in, everyone else munched down, he stuck his in the fridge, people, have you ever seen the texture of COLD cream gravy! That is nasty looking stuff below a certain temp. he ate it like it was the best thing ever.....I went out on the loading dock for a smoke, THAT was too gross watch!

http://maranathanutbutters.com Maranatha makes an organic almond, cashew, or macadamia nut butter. Most Health/Natural food stores will carry it. Some chain grocery stores that have an organic section might as well.

Back to weird foods. Our son won't "let us" heat up his Chef Boyardee Ravioli. He will only eat it fresh out of the can and cold.

Thanks for that link, I shall not however thank you for the mental image of "raw" cold Ravioli! Blessings.
