Hi Janet,
I was really impressed on your post, and couldn't agree more. The scripture that came to mind is Mt.6:33.
"But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Of course you should read Mt.6:25-34 to get the entire thought.
