Matthew 23:9 KJV

"And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven."

I have many Christian friends. Most of my friends disobey Matthew 23:9. I'm just curious, do you all obey or disobey this verse. What I meant to say, is when you all communication with an earthly father, do you call your earthly fathers by his first name/last name, or call him "father"/"dad"?
