and as the serpent that was lifted up only those who believed and looked to the serpent after being bit were to receive healing from the bite. again it hinged on the choice of the man who beleived. God didn't choose some to look upon the serpent and others not too. the choice was in the hand of the person who was bitten.

as it is in the hands of all men who have been bitten by the sting of sin to believe on Christ or not to. to look upon him or not to look, the choice is theirs.
