Bro Parish - I don't know whether you have listened to the audio series by James Knox when he is defending the KJB, but there is one point when he gets about 5 or 6 people to all read their versions together at the same time (it sounds terrible!).
This is what happens in the mind when verses are quoted from various translations - To me, it is like a congregation all singing different words and melody lines to a particular hymn (it stops us all doing one thing together that we'll all remember!). God bless PaulB |

Yes brother, that would be confusing for sure...
and as Paul reminded the "mixed up" Corinthians, God is not the author of confusion! |
