the soul before salvation did not have God, before we were saved we did not have the Holy Spirit indwelling, teaching, correcting, rebuking, loving us
2nd Corinthians 5:17
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

The Body I don't think is renewed / regenerated/ completed until we get home. This is why we still wrestle with the "old man" and the flesh.
