Well, I don't think the Spirit falls on pagans any more, since Pentecost. The Old Testament was a different kind of thing. But He can certainly work through pagans, and the king's heart is in His hands.
If Obama gets in, I imagine we'll be doing a
lot of praying! But I don't think it's gonna happen. Of course, if he loses, we'll have plenty of riots and mayhem to pray about!
