I found this site by accident when looking for a verse. Using Isaiah 14:12
you can see the differences in the verses from the KJB.
See how it replaces "O Lucifer"

Here is the NIV of the same verse:

12 How you have fallen from heaven,
O morning star, son of the dawn!
You have been cast down to the earth,
you who once laid low the nations!


King James Bible: Rev. 22v16
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Lucifer also refered to as daystar,Jesus is the morning star,but the other versions take out O Lucifer and replace with "O morning star"
Wonder if the satelite channel "daystar" realizes this?;)

You have just found one of the problems with the MV's. They have elevated satan to the position of our Lord.

no only that but Lucifer doesn't mean morning star or day star. it can mean illuminated or light bearer but never what the other translators make it say. it is a private interpretation of Lucifer with no Biblical basis
